Marty has over 20 years of injection molding experience and has spent the past 5 ½ years working for RJG as a consultant and trainer. He has worked in the automotive, white goods, packaging, and medical industries. His roles have included technical operations, management, engineering, training, and consulting.

Marty has an extensive background in scientific molding principles, process development, validation protocols for installation, operation, and performance development. He has performed project management for strategic sourcing, coordinated tool designs with mold builders, and tool transfers to external suppliers. He has implemented and experience with robotics, conveying, and automation cells, monitoring and control systems, vision systems, hot runner controllers, and various auxiliary systems during his career in plastics. Marty earned an AAS in Plastics Manufacturing Technology at Davidson County Community College and has completed his BS in Industrial Engineering Technology at East Carolina University.
